Boss Baby

We stayed in all morning because of the Northeaster, but after lunch and her nap we headed out for a special event at the Museum of Natural History, in spite of the rain.  This little one is practicing to be a "two" and succeeding quite well.  After negotiatons, she finally put on a jacket, but she was having no part of the stroller.  The Museum is 10 blocks away (~0.5 miles) and she decided to walk.  Grandpa pushed the stroller that is perfectly equipped for the rain and she held my hand and walked in the rain.  About half way there she agreed to let us put her little, wet self into the stroller.

We are amazed at how much she talks.  We can't always understand her, but she is definitely speaking in short sentences.  I resisted posting another black and white picture of her even though I am enamored with the black and white ones.  She has such lovely coloring. If you want to see another shot of her in black and white, look here.

Our son and his wife return tomorrow and we will head home so I can get busy with my last minute packing for Costa Rica.  Getting very excited about that.
