Pumpkin

Big pumpkin nicely displayed glowed in the morning sun on my walk home from qi gong this morning.
I was late heading out so ran quite a bit of the distance and was very tense when I got there. I didn't give myself a chance to relax, loosen up, and stretch at all before joining in, and what a difference leaving that part out makes! Ouch! By the end of that quick 45 minutes, I was fine, but I won't do that again.
