The Way of Colour

Carskey Bay

9.6C bright and sunny. Zephyr.

Grocery shopping.

We got my little car and drove the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. The sea was calm. Small waves today.

Lots of seals on the rocks and in the water at Kiel.
Quite a few tourists about.

At Carskey we walked along to the far end and back.
There was a seal bobbing about just offshore watching the people on the beach.
(the Eagle eyed amongst you might be able to see the seal on the left edge of the picture, with a wave just starting to build behind it)
Fergus did lots of running and sniffing about.
When he came back he splashed in and out of the water for a while.

Later Apothecary7 was preparing paper for more painting. BBC Radio 2 was on in the background.
