" BUT BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE "

Whilst I know that everyone is experiencing much colder weather, here in Crantock where the wind is always strong, factor the wind chill and you might get the picture!

Took Oscar and Phoebe down to the beach today.  Yesterday was a no no as we had hail stones so apart from me dashing from the car in Truro to get some wool to complete a garment they  didn't go out.

Oscar wore a new coat (he had outgrown the other one) and was very glad of it.  Phoebe didn't need one as her fur is long at the moment, waiting for a groom on Tuesday.

The tide was out in this capture so I have had to zoom in to capture the sea birds and this brave couple.  Must be young, well younger than me!

Collecting Matthew tomorrow to rescue him from the horrors of Halloween.  He doesn't want to be contaminated by the homes pre-occupation with this ridiculous nonsense.  People don't understand.

He will be with us until Thursday and will be lovely to see him.  I expect his beard and moustache will be long making him look very wild.
