Birthday Baby

Sunday, I had TWO parties to attend.  First up was the 1st birthday of this little Roo.  Sugar was super sad to miss it, but had to make hard decisions about where she needed to be.  The party was fun, and I enjoyed chatting with folks I don't see very often. 

Afterwards, I headed to a Baby Shower.  It was the rowdiest baby shower I have ever attended.  What a hoot. 

Sugar made it back to town, and went shopping for Halloween costumes, as she is doing a joint costume with cousin K this year.  I picked her up, and headed home to rush around getting ready for our week.  No cooking ahead this week.....it will not be pretty.
