A chilly start ...

... with a very heavy frost but when well wrapped up it was a great morning for a walk .... my favourite weather .... crisp, clear and cold but with the lovely autumnal sunshine that is best enjoyed in the morning.

I enjoyed walking round the loch in the Heritage Park first thing this morning.

When I arrived there was one Canada Goose on the water keeping company with the ducks, gulls and swans. By the time I completed my circuit the water was 'alive alive oh' with Greylags. Normally the geese make an incredible honking noise and circle the loch before splash landing but today I neither heard them nor saw them but they certainly appeared from somewhere.
