Mountstewart

After a quick visit to Crossgar, we set off to Mountstewart, near Newtownards, and on the shore of Strangford Lough, the other side of the Lough from home. It was busy - it's half term here, so lots of families visiting Mountstewart today. We did find a quieter path, the Ploughmans Hill path, which was a circular walk with a viewpoint across the Lough towards the Mournes. Today's blip was taken at the viewpoint, with the wild flower meadow, the trees and Lough and the Mournes in the distance. It was a lovely day, but getting much cooler!
