Autumn sunshine

Another sunny autumn day so it was a good start to my Monday morning where I enrolled for the 8 week Knee Class at our local sports centre.
 
Under the supervision of two physiotherapists we were pushed to challenge ourselves, something I am not good at, always preferring the easy route.
 
As for todays Blip, well if in doubt and short of ideas- look up. That’s what I did and caught the autumn sun between he leaves.
