Tiny Tuesday

A bit chilly this morning! -2'C on my outdoor thermometer. So decided to pop out into the garden to see what what I could find for today's challenge. 
I can't remember the name of this flower. My neighbour gave me some plants back in the early Summer and they have rewarded me with these pretty blue flowers and foliage and spread nicely.
