The Beatles in Hamburg

Had a full day of touristing in Hamburg, over 7 hours of guided tours, bit exhausting. That said, it was great to see round the new Elbe Philarmonic Concert Hall as well as visiting the coffee museum.

The highlight was undoubtedly the Beatles Tour with Stephanie, which I have blipped a collage of. I knew that the Beatles had a connection to Hamburg at the beginning of their career, however, It was great to hear Stephanie explain, and to visit the venues and clubs that started their career off. Stephanie was so engaging, and you could not fail to have been won round by both her charm, as well as knowledge about the Beatles.

A real highlight of the cruise so far.
