Inspiration for a spooky tale

I couldn't help but think that this old building would be the perfect spot for ghost hunting. So long as someone else was doing it. Once Commerce Place near Clapham junction, it's now home to Fitness First and locally listed. Didn't consider setting foot in the gym though.
