Day off

Lazy start, morning spent on the phone with various arrangements.

Off to AJ’s - had arranged for an electrician to visit as her EPC rating is not good enough for the buyer to get a mortgage (buy to let), so he is going to provide some suggestions.

Took down a number of flat brochures to look at - will leave with AJ to peruse at her leisure under her magnifier:)

Quiet evening - watched bake off (won’t spoil it for you, but a good result). :)
