...and health and economy and planning...and and. All part of a day dominated by chairing an event in Edinburgh on the way ahead for Low Emission Zones. Really interesting and I hope stimulating for those attending and speaking too. Walking back to Haymarket provided an opportunity to capture some dimensions of the issue!
