Sorting seeds

Sorting through sunflower seeds. Appropriate technology as the development people might call it. Striped seeds in this instance. There are also black seeds (imported from Russia) and white seeds (grown locally along with the striped type). Any discerning seed eater would know this but it was news to me today. Sorting seeds is not particularly stimulating work but it provides jobs to some in an environment where there are not many formal jobs.
