Leafy trail

A slow mediocre run home from the Wednesday coffee run with Lymm Runners. A social run for young mums, retirees and knackered old crocks like me.
The recovery from Lyme disease is proving to be slow and frustrating. Good days and mediocre days. But a lot less bad days.
The fatigue is still there. But then again it was wonderful and beautiful morning.
