Flying Fingers For The Win

This was me today, racing along in my NaNoWriMo novel and passing the 50,000 word goal. Although I "won" before the end of the month, I originally had hoped to reach this point much earlier in November. Maybe next year I can achieve that early-win status.

So far, over 2.6 billion words have been written around the world for this year's NaNoWriMo event. This annual event of "literary abandon" is organized by a non-profit organization running on a "shoestring budget."
