Day F - for Four & Freedom

There is a quote from Buddha* "Three things can not be long hidden: the sun, the moon & the truth."

To say I was eager to get out of the clinic might be slightly under egging the pudding.

Being in a psychiatric clinic is not something I would recommend to you other than a place to control the physical start of your recovery.

I got out of the clinic this morning.  I feel as if I'm starting a new life.
