Toy cars!

Well it was supposed to be part of her birthday present, but...

Grandbaby arrived a bit later than usual and after breakfast we all went for a trip to Lidl.  We saw this toy and are delighted with it!  She and Ro have played for ages with it!

Friends coming to dinner this evening: Pumpkin soup with crusty bread, one of Ro's cottage pies with broccoli and carrots and Apple flan and cream to finish and coffee! and a French Rosé with the meal.

I've been working on a birthday card for my son (tomorrow)  Extra!  He will do the London Marathon in aid of the British Heart Foundation next year!  I Hope he likes the card!!

Must go and get ready for tonight!
