Simple

No beating today so it was down to Stobo for a (very blustery) run, somehow racking up a PB, followed by kettlebells and a swim. While out on my run I saw a stoat run across the path carrying something furry that was as big as it was - astonishing.

It was home to snuggle up with some books for the rest of the afternoon. Lots of recipes to try out from the second Ottolenghi book that I got recently with an old wedding gift card we’d unearthed in a cupboard.
