Hanging on

Amazingly I saw three common darter dragonflies at lunchtime. If I hadn’t seen this one fly and land high up in the tree I would probably not have noticed him as he could look like a leaf from a distance. Quite hard to get a good shot as the light was not great. In the picture on the right I superimposed him against the tree to show where he was perched.
