Hot Tin Roof

These are the pigeons which sit on the roof of the incinerator building outside our window at the Western General in Glasgow. You can tell how warm it is outside by how many of them are heating themselves: if it's warm they're all off doing other things; if it's cold they're all puffed and snuggling up.
