Mother and Child

Costa Rica...This is a mother Three-toed Sloth and her week old baby. The little one clings to her chest fur as she hangs upside down and dines on leaves. You can see the baby's face peeking out, just under mom's chin.
In today's *extras you'll see what have to be the Cutest Bats Ever!  The first photo is of Long-eared Bats, and the little white 'cotton balls' are Honduran White Bats. They were 'hanging out' under a large leaf. Do take a look, they are too cute to pass up!
