Clean up

Another couple of shaws of Pink Fir Apples dug up and ready for the pot. I haven't usually been cleaning the earth from them, just letting them dry off, but was worried a few might have some foostie bits so gave them all a good scrub and lopped off any dodgy bits so that the whole bag doesn't start to rot and stink out the kitchen.
The excitement never ends.
