The camera does lie.

For about 15mins before this shot I'd got wet through trying to catch traffic over a bridge. I'd abandonded the idea, then turned round to a scene which painted a totally different picture. Those boats had their motors to the max. to qualify for the "movement" theme!
The extra is the sad juxtaposition of the end of the rainbow and the local shipyard, which is closing after around 160 years. It's probably the last big quality employer in the area. There's a song with the line "there's nothing at the end of the rainbow" which is possibly true here.
