A tribute

This was a decoration on my way home from work, which struck me so much I stopped to photograph it.  It is the season of Remembrance, from 1st November, through to 11th. 

Its been a busy day, but good news at the end. I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I'd reveal all later why I was in Cleethorpes. Truth is, I was going for an interview. Got the job - start date agreed as Feb 18th. I can't wait, its going to be hugely exciting. I'll be very sad to leave my current organisation, which has a great culture, but I couldn't turn down this opportunity.
