Beautiful Plumage

A brace of pheasant from my friend. Geoff says that he won't deal with them albeit he is the one who likes to eat them. I have looked up on Utube how to "debreast a pheasant". Not pretty. I am not sure i am up for that. So at the moment they are hanging in the garage.
