Team huddle today then repaired hearing aid collected and fitted. Various meetings about our planned office move next year.

Part of this involves us getting ready both for the move and for the new smarter working arrangements. Under this we broadly no longer have dedicated desks but have a box unit where we store key things and we move to whatever desk is available. Allows for more flexible working. And means that you get greater use of available desks. When someone is away at meetings/ on leave/ off unwell the desk is used.

A critical element is divesting yourself of papers that you hold and keep handy. Despite best efforts I have paper creep. We are all using November to get stage 1 completed. : clear desks. December will no doubt be about clearing cupboards and pedestals.

I’d better make a start.
