Another long day started about 4ish did a bit of work to prove I still can replicate the council telephone directory using SQL Server 2008. Then drop Sally off at school and remind Thomas to go to school,

Then off to the Nurse for a blood test to check my Cholesterol level, I now know what a pin cushion feels like That was fun (Not) three goes at getting blood, then printer not working so need to go to www.Patient.co.uk to get diet sheet for Low fat diet and Cholesterol information then off to work. Booked WFH for Thursday as school governor meeting at 5pm.

Lunch time had Soup and bread roll then off to Tesco for 15 pots of porridge oats and back to work finished about 4:40pm and off home to have spaghetti with a tomatoes sauce very nice then Caroline off to keep fit needed to drop Thomas at Cubs\Scouts leaving Sally with Nancy and then I went to the Football, Caroline picked Thomas up at 9:30pm then Villa Scored with 10 minutes to go the end to a prefect day.
