Blippers in Cathedral Cave

This was our last full day at lph and we had a fabulous time. John planned the day brilliantly after checking the weather forecast, so that we spent the morning and early afternoon out of doors in the dry and then retreated into Cathedral Cave (and ultimately of course to a tea shop in Grasmere!) when the rain started.

My main blip shows a gaggle of blippers in the cave, taken with my fisheye. It brought back memories of another Cathedral Cave in New Zealand (see this blip), although I think the NZ one is natural and this one is the result of quarrying.

The first extra is the rather beautiful Slater's Bridge, and the second extra is a creative shot taken with a lens borrowed from John Gravett which produces  rather lovely bokeh (see his blips here and here.)
