Abstract

A nice day, lots of sunshine.  Went to coffee morning at church, feeling tired and my friend asked me what the red marks on my neck were.  Didn't know they were there but after seeing the doctor I have shingles!  Probably explains why I've not been feeling well, on tablets and another appointment tomorrow.  These two shots were taking in the waiting room!
