Gathering Clouds

From my 3rd floor balcony, in a tower block, I am fortunate enough to have a massive piece of sky with no other obstructing buildings to look out on to, despite this being a built up inner city area (Hackney, London).

I have seen the most mesmerising sunsets and cloud formations from here, it is West facing. This combined with the desolate wasteland space, alongside the road, and the train track on the left (on a bridge over a dual carriage road), contrasts it strongly.

This wasteland space has been used by the council for refuse lorries, and then by Gypsies (until they were turfed off after 2 years), and now we wait to see what happens to it.

We hope the expanse of the sky space will not suffer.
