Took a walk round Cammo Estate this afternoon. The autumnal colours are still around. 

Feeling numb and pre occupied; it's been hard focusing on what I've been doing. I'm finding it hard to let go of something that was said on Thursday. It shouldn't be, but over the past few months I've realised I can't let go as easily as I used to. I don't know how to cope with that. I tried really hard not to, but I've self harmed.
