Celebration

It has always felt very special to be born on Armistice Day...especially at 11.58pm on the 11th day of the 11th month.

I’ve had a fabulous day..walking; went to the Sunday Cromwell market ; met some friends for lunch at the Bannockburn Pub which puts on a great meal. Then I had whitebait for tea!
So I’m feeling very spoilt.

100 years since the end of WW1 has been acknowledged in so many parts of the world. We continue to have so many senseless conflicts around the world...when will we learn?
