A leisurely start to day.  Took my camera out for the first time in a while.

It was a beautiful day and I managed to walk 3K.  Had lunch with my friend Ester and then joined my friend Sally for a quiz.

A good day.

Grateful for friends, for the beautiful countryside and an improving knee.
