Remembrance

A sombre day of remembrance for all who gave their lives to give us our freedom. This is the window of the vintage shop in Corbridge whose wares frequently appear in my journal. For the last ten days they have had the most superb window display in commemoration of the armistice. I popped out early this morning to photograph it & had the wrong lens in my camera so this was a phone blip which sadly does not do the display justice.
