Serenity

I noticed this each of the four times we have rehearsed for CLIC Sargent choir  in Priestfield Parish Church but it is in front of the Sopranos, on the other side from my seating area.
Tonight I determined to have a closer look. It is the Baptismal Font, dated 1881 by John Rhind. I  admire the serene expression on the face of the angel and the detail of her hair and flowing robe.
