Running buddy

Off down to Dunbar for the first of the Fox lake winter Running series. J was going out with SC for lunch, so I took Kilda to see how she would do. We had a great 13K run. Kilda was out front for all the run which is unheard of. When I started to flag at the 10K mark she even started to pull. Not sure if its because there were plenty of other people in front or just the run itself. Stopped off at the beer shop to collect a few bits before getting home. Sorted a few things out before J came back. Headed back to North Berwick for dinner with the B’s. AB had stayed up to see us and Kilda. Had a great night drinking and catching up. J drove back as she is still on antibiotics.
