crazy day

this is our lovely farm fresh / school mission team.

over ice-cream kristin and i were talking about the fact that one of our favourite things about zambia is that you never quite know what is coming next and every day has a new and different surprise.

about 5 mins after that we got a phone call from kristi to say that she was really sick and needed to go to the hospital. we found her on the floor of the house in absolute agony so rushed her to the nearest clinic. horrible. turns out she has a kidney stone, which is a relief in the sense that it will pass, but still hideous.

here she is, still blipping from a hospital bed. what a trooper.

for praying types....pray that the stone comes out naturally and quickly!
