Positive and Negative

I can't make my mind up on whether today has been good or not.

First the positives, Big D went well and I found my reading mojo again.

The negatives, as it's coming to the end of 2018 I'm struggling again with my inability to plan for a future, because that future is uncertain.

I had a phone call from the hospital as well today, it seemed positive but there was a BUT.  We're probably still moving forward though, so that's positive.
