Well listened to a brillant Ted talk by Brene called The power of Vulnerability!, Hoping the link works below.. She is quite amazing connected immediately her delivery is engaging and easy to connect quickly.

So im reading this book, she has a great new book next on my list Dare to Lead, just give her a go!

I watched this TED Talk and thought you would find it interesting.

Brené Brown: is a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent 10 years studying vulnerability, courage, authenticity, and shame and empathy..

Her two talks one mentioned above the other one is called Listening to Shame.

May all sound heavy but She is Not!!
