Notes: Hot sticky morning on the beach, Singing John and I left for the airport just before 7a. 905a flight into Denver early. Steph picked me up and we stopped by the airport and then went to Element Bistro for lunch. Back and some cleaning, bath and quiet night - nagging headache and to bed early.
