having a swim....

What a day!  I headed off in the morning to get my hair cut - ended up spending almost an hour in a traffic jam (for no apparent reason)!  Got my hair cut, headed off to the doctor to get re-registered (after the good old NHS had cut me off their list), then back to Belfast and headed off to Omagh to speak to a womens group in the evening!  A productive day but tiring!  Stopped off in Antrim and took a few pictures of ducks and flowers!!

Sad news today.  My sister-in-law's brother passed away - he has suffered for years with kidney problems but it was quite a shock to hear that he has died!  Also another friend lost his mother too.
