Getting ready for the weekend

An interesting day at work talking about mental health. It's quite reassuring to have someone state the bleeding obvious ie. everyone has ups and downs and people generally get by, with support if needed but sometimes just by riding it out. Learned a few tips to help others which was great. Loved the idea of distracting or calming people by using something called 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Name 5 things you can see, four you can touch, three you can hear, two you can smell and one you can taste. Might kick off my next team meeting with this :-)
