Harry Lauder's walking stick?

As usual, if we get down-town and I've remembered the camera, there was a variety of potential targets.
Gaffer picked on this one, and I'm bound to say...as usual, she's right.

I'm not 100% sure it is a hazel, I kinda doubt it, but that's the 1st impression when I looked up.
