Sunny day at the sea side

This is back blipped. I did an edit of the image (I took it on the proper camera :-)) and forgot to blip it.

Rather disappointingly my Fibromyalgia has not disappeared now I am living at the seaside and I can find it a struggle to force myself out of the door at times.

The upside of living here is once outside I am very quickly rewarded for my efforts. Weymouth is a bit big for me, I would much prefer Lyme Regis, smaller and less traffic but, I have to say I'm starting to get to like the place. Always better when things start to become familiar and you get to know your way around. And of course, there is the coastal path which, today took me to the Oasis Cafe with its promise of coffee and cake. My favourite so far is the gluten-free mint chocolate.

If the truth be told I have to go on these walks to work off the cakes.  Best not get into the habit.
