The cone of shame

I don't know why they call it that, as he hasn't done anything wrong and hasn't a clue where he is.
Poor boy has had "The operation" and will now be able to sing/woof an octave higher. He is feeling quite sorry for himself and has forgotten how to do most things except eat.
