Communication Breakdown!

Day Two In The Big Brother House.............. and so it goes on, hourly updates of ongoing investigations and little progress into the lack of broadband and phone connectivity. 

11.00am - Vodafone One-Net confirm again that BT Openreach are trying to locate and fix the fault.

11.01am - Virgin Media engineer turns up, switches the server thingies off and on again, makes a call and disappears out the door.

1.00pm - Vodafone One-Net confirm again that BT Openreach are trying to locate and fix the fault.

1.05pm - Virgin Media engineer returns, flicks a switch and Houston, we have lift off! Phones back up, broadband returns.......... hurray! A broken fibre optic wire 3km from our office, located and fixed!

3.00pm - Vodafone One-Net confirm again that BT Openreach are trying to locate and fix the fault.
