Hang ups

Some excercise before lunch and some shots of hang gliders before two of the three amigos were left with us for the afternoon until they were picked up later by their mum. Watched the Scottish rugby team get rolled over by the South Africans but delighted to hear the football team beat the mighty Albania 4-0.
