Flying the Flag

For better or worse.... It’s a NOAA  (Nat’l Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) boat in for repairs.. so much interesting stuff to look there at Lake Union Dry dock on this beautiful sunny day.  Sort of an “old fashioned” look to the photo.
