Liberation

I don't know what happened to this entry but here we go again.

I live on an ancient river bed which is better than a swamp when it comes to earth quakes. It's a challenge when it comes to having a garden.

The ground is rock hard because there are, not surprisingly, heaps of stones and rocks.

My job over the next couple of months is to dig out as many of them as I'm able from existing garden and liberate them into the local Selwyn River.

I timed this drop off at Coes Ford just before forecast heavy rain early next week. Each bucket is blimmin' heavy and I'm yet to weigh them.

I note each bucket I liberate.

Today's gratitude: For a busy and productive day around home.
